小小分享: Learn to surf

在面书看到HunterYoga分享这个,蛮喜欢的。

Hunter也写了这一段话:
Mindfulness is not about always being calm and "zen." The "waves" will keep coming. Instead, Mindfulness helps us to surf - to keep our heads and our balance through it. 
What waves do you want to be able to surf better?
